Evergreen Village at Fort Wayne

Amanda the intake directed was so accommodating and did a tour on Saturday and was so helpful. She responded quickly to my call and answered all the questions I had too. The apartments and the building are beautiful. She showed me the activity calendar and they look like they have lots of fun. I know my mom is going to love it there. Thanks Amanda for all your help!!!

Our parents moved into Evergreen 10 months ago. It was an adjustment for them to leave their condo and the staff at Evergreen have made all the difference in them finding their new home. The staff truly cares about the residents and their well being. From activities, to nursing staff, cleaning staff, management, maintenance (the best) and beyond …. Our family feels so lucky are parents are safe and thriving!

My mom had fallen at home two times and had both hips repaired, ened in the nursing home to have rehab, she was so depressed and down, angry all the time. When I found Evergreen, from the moments we entered the door way, everyone was so caring and helpful. When you have residents come to you and say how much they love it there , you know it is a great place. Mom is a newer resident, on move in day, so many staff members and residents come to great her at her apt. I can not say enough about how much she LOVES it there, when I visit, I have my old mother back, she is so happy all the time. Thank you , Evergreen for giving my mom a place to call home, and making it so she loves it so much !!
