EverTrue Lutheran Home at Topton

My mother has been at the Topton Lutheran Home in the memory care unit since December 2023. She has received wonderful care and treatment since day one. The staff is amazing and so caring with the residents. Everyday the residents have fun activities to do, they create wonderful art, bake treats, have special parties to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, have picnics and themed parties. I look forward to watching our community grow with love, care and support from all staff, resident familyand the residents themselves. I have peace of mind knowing my mother is properly care for when I can't be there. There is no other place that I would consider for my motheras she deserves the best!

Mom just became a resident in Personal Care. While the facility is excellent, enough cannot be said of the superb team that helped facilitate our urgent move during the recent holidays. To a person they have been caring and extremely helpful as we acclimate to the new home and the Personal Care paradigm. Kenda High went above and beyond to facilitate our admission. Laura and Kristen equally so to get Mom the care she needed. We are delighted to be part of EverTrue Lutheran Home at Topton.

Lady in charge of Luther meadows is rude ,disrespectful, uncompassionate goes in apartment when ever she feels like to pressure people to get stuff moved out when your mother just dies. And her months rent is paid an makes you move before the end of the month. So rude , disrespectful and just a lot of greed wrapped up in all of it ! So sad ! Moms not even gone 2 days and she is crying to get stuff moved out asap no respect at All or compassion pure evil! Constantly checks apartment too see if the apartment is cleaned out! Also stuff missing from the apartment ! Go figure

I have been very pleased with my care here. The staff have proven to be attentive, able to anticipate my needs, and always prompt and courteous. The facility has exceeded my expectations in providing the staff and volunteers committed to my well-being. My room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Meals offer a varied menu, portions are generous and served by pleasant personnel. There are a variety of indoor/outdoor activities scheduled in which you can opt to participate and such amenities as a beauty salon, a cafe’, transportation to local businesses and medical appointments, the community library and park-like features in a bucolic setting. Staying here has been a very positive experience. Thank you.

This is a wonderful facility. The nurses and aides treat residents with genuine compassion and respect. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care.
