Everyone Rides Auto Sales

My friend bought a car here about a month ago. Used $1200 down and she pays 175 a month. When we got the car the transmission light was on but the dealership didn't disclose anything. She took it to the shop today (2 actually because its unbelievable) because it was acting funny, both places told her, her transmission was selling, her engine was selling, something with the gas tank, and the list goes on...its unbelievable bothe places told her itd be best to junk the car, because it would be cheaper to get a new car than to get this one fixed. But she cant because she still owes about $10,000 on the car.

I was purchasing a 2010 ford focus unbeknownst to me it was a rebuilt title until after I’d signed papers. Then found that the car was very dangerous to drive in the rain due to it being rebuilt. We purchased a vehicle from them.. TWO weeks later the transmission went out while me and my newborn son were driving and almost caused an accident. They proceeded to tell me I still had to make my payment and pay for my own rental while it got fixed. It took them TWO months and me 3000 later in a rental to get my car back. I got my car back and then the transmission went out again. I paid over 6000 to replace the transmission THREE times for it to fail again. They came and got my car because I told them it was outrageous when they came to get my car they didn’t even let me get my belongings like MY PURSE MY SONS CAR SEAT anything I had to argue just to get those. If I could give this place 0 stars I would I went here yesterday and explained to them I was looking for a car the guy was very rude to me and the women was a smartelic. I was interested in getting a car and asked if could test drive he told me I could not I would have to wait til the day of purchase to test drive. The people here are very unprofessional and hateful. The cars are a piece of junk. Gave me dirty looks the entire time I was there & would just stand there when I was asking questions.

Me and my mother test drove a car there and oil started leaking everywhere while driving it , so we went on to test drive another vehicle , the check engine light was on so I took it to get the code read , it had numerous problems around 400$ to fix , they would not allow a price drop to fix it or we would of bought the vehicle when we came in the owner “gray haired lady “ was so rude to my mother all because she’s in the wrong . Disrespectful awful customer service . The only nice one was the girl who brought out the keys and the dark paired lady sitting at the desk . The owner has no communication skills whatsoever
