I brought my Toyota Tundra front struts (with coils) to this shop specifically to have the coils swapped onto new Bilstein 5100 struts, with clear instructions to set them to the full 2-inch lift position. I wrote this directly on the boxes and verbally confirmed it with the front desk employee, who noted it on the ticket. I dropped them off Thursday evening and picked them up Friday afternoon. Upon inspection, they were installed at the stock/no-lift setting. When I pointed this out to the main mechanic (who was at the front desk), he immediately became defensive, claiming he "didn't understand" the writing on the boxes and that I should have told him personally—despite the clear instructions and the front desk confirmation. Went in to get a wheel alignment after installing some front end parts myself. The staff was knowledgable and the work was performed in a professional manner and at a very reasonable price. If I need future work done I would have no reservations returning to Everything Automotive.

We are new customers trying out this auto shop close to our new home. The shop was very impressive looking. Usually when I go to small family owned shops they are pretty grungy and disordered, especially the parking lots. This shop was very nice including the weighting area. The lot was very spacious so you can easily find a spot to leave your car. I like that they have you drop off the the car in the AM for oil changes without requiring an appointment. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They offered honest and fair prices. This will be our new go to auto shop now. Very glad to have choose this shop.

They are phenomenal. Fit us in for service quickly, were professional, and communicated well. They took great care of us and for a reasonable price.
