My car broke down during a road trip with my family while we were traveling back to Virginia. It happened on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, and this was the closest open shop—most places were completely closed. I had the car towed to EVL Auto Care, left a voicemail, and filled out the after-hours drop-off form, hoping they would be able to help us. First thing the next morning, I received a call confirming they had my vehicle and would do their best to diagnose it quickly. We were passing through Ellicottville on the way to Buffalo when we got a flat. Barely managed to make it to this shop & it just so happened there were two gentlemen there when they weren’t supposed to be working. Took the tire off, patched it up and sent us on our way!

We needed a tire patched and we were leaving town that day. They worked us in, patched it up and we were on the way. They were friendly, helpful and fairly priced

I found myself passing through Ellicottville on a tire that was rapidly losing air (as a result of driving over a huge threaded nail). I was mildly panicked thinking about how I’d make it the 90 miles home on a Friday night when I was directed by a nice man who I met in a parking lot to try to make it up the road to EVL. I called at a few minutes after 5 (when I knew they’d likely be closing) and was told to stop in and they’d look to see if they could fix it. 20 minutes later I had a fixed flat and was able to make it home after a long week and a lot of driving on unfamiliar roads through unfamiliar towns.
