The team took amazing care of my car. I was greeted by Heather and then Erik was my service advisor. Both were very friendly and helpful. Then they made sure to take good care of me and my vehicle. Oil change was very quick and the repair was also done in a timely manner. They have complimentary fancy coffee and snacks for customers in the waiting room.

Bought the Forester here at Ewing Subaru. The service guys are very courteous. The waiting area is comfy and quiet. I can work here while waiting for the service to be done. Love it. There's even a kid's corner too.

The worst service experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. On my first visit, they didn’t even bother to run diagnostics—no error code check, nothing—and immediately blamed a dashcam I installed over a year ago, even though EyeSight had worked perfectly until the day it failed. I drove there for absolutely no reason, and they dismissed me without any real effort. Completely unprofessional. On my second visit, they charged me $230 to fix the issue, took over 2.5 hours with zero updates unless I asked, and didn’t even provide a simple car wash afterward. Basic customer service is nonexistent at this place. I will never come back here. I only drive Subaru because it’s a company fleet car—after this experience, I would never buy a Subaru for myself, and I wouldn’t recommend the brand to a

Outstanding. We got a recall notice for our Subaru, and this spot was the closest. Lauren at the service desk let me know how things would go, how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area. Comfy chairs (spaced widely for easy social distancing),good variety of beverages (including quality tea, which is exceptionally rare), and a generally comfortable atmosphere kept me comfortable while I waited. While I don't hope for another recall on my vehicle, I had an excellent experience.
