Rick was amazing, fast, helpful and just a kind human. I was alone, my car on the side of a hill, it was cold and I was calling quickly to get help. Rick was finishing a job and would be about an hour. Given that, I kept calling. Then he called back to check on me, and to let me know he was finished did I still need help, which I did. He was already headed in my direction. 36 min later, he was there. He was so good, fast and knew what he was doing. He took my car to the auto repair, dropped keys and sent me pictures. Honestly, he saved the night. I never write posts, but he really deserves this. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again!!

A new and up and coming used car dealer. It was confusing at first because the owner doesn't have an official used car lot , but once we figured that out, the process was better. He's still learning the paperwork side of it, but overall he was friendly and helpful and honest

I just wanted to take the time and thank Rick for helping me out today. I was having transmission issues and got myself stuck on a dead end road and couldn't turn around. I first called AAA and waited an hour just for them to call me back and say they couldn't find a driver to come out to me and I had to find my own. So I searched up the nearest tow place and Rick was at my location in 10 minutes. He really went out of his way for me. Anyone who needs a towing service should definitely Excalibur Towing call!
