I had a great experience visiting with Excalibur collision of Avondale when someone hit my car. The front office lady Pamela has been wonderful,pleasant and very informative in handling my repair. They were very helpful in getting me a rental car on the spot so I did not have to deal with the hassle and stress of leaving without a vehicle. The team seems to be on top of it throughout the process. would recommend Excaliber.

I had a very frustrating experience with Excalibur. I had to call them 8–10 times just to get an update on my vehicle because they never once reached out with any communication. After almost 34 days, I was finally told by Adrian that my car was ready, but it was being held because they had not received payment. He suggested that if I contacted my insurance, the car could be released the same day. When I contacted my insurance adjuster, I was told something completely different—that additional work was still needed and they were waiting on bolts. The conflicting information made it clear that I was not being given accurate or honest updates.
