I’ve been coming to Excel Smog for a long time, and Hiep Nguyen is simply the best! He always treats me incredibly well and it’s clear he truly loves and respects his customers. Beyond the great service, he’s always good for a laugh and a great joke. If you want a shop that is professional and genuinely cares, this is the spot!
Great customer service, fast easy and Hiep Nguyen is a pleasure to work with, just a kind funny person. Been here twice no complaints, never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Easy to stop by and just get it done fast.
I have been coming here for about 15 years with every car I have owned and I have sent friends and family here bc it’s always quick, with the right price and phenomenal customer service. I will miss Mr. Nguyen, who is retiring, as he always had the best energy and attitude and just all around friendly human being! <2
