EXCEL TOWING

I wish that we never needed towing services…but that’s not how life works sometimes. The first time we used Excel Towing was back in 2024 when the starter on our big F-450 pressure washing truck went out, ironically, in the O’Reilly Auto Parts parking lot. I was wondering how they were going to do it (our truck is big), but Excel was able to load it up and take it to our mechanic, no problem. The second time we used them was, ahem, tonight. After all the rain we’ve had recently, the ground is pretty soft… and our big heavy truck got stuck where it’s normally just fine. Once again, Excel Towing exceeded our expectations. Thanks for being there to take care of us!

As I was driving to work this morning at 2:31, a white Excel Towing flatbed tow truck blew through a blatantly red light while speeding and never made an attempt to stop at the light. I have no previous interactions with the company and no bias against them, but I just wanted to make it aware that a 6 Ton tow truck driver felt like it wasn’t important to stop for a red light like everyone else. It was a 35 MPH zone and the truck was traveling at around 45-50 MPH while running the light. If management would like video proof, I do have a 4K dash cam that caught the incident. It’s nothing against the company itself, I just feel that the driver should be held responsible for causing an unsafe environment with a vehicle that can cause a fatal crash

This is the worse towing service I’ve ever used. They towed my SUV and pulled the bumper off and when and my mother came to pick my SUV, they lied and said that the bump was already torn off when they got there, that’s not true. My bumper was all intact before they picked the SUV up and took it to their towing yard. The SUV had not been in a wreck, neither was the bumper bent, it had been pulled off when they hooked it up to tow it. when my mom came to pick it up it was torn off and they lied and said it was torn off before the towed it. I never chose this towing service, but due to the circumstances I had no choice . This towing service won’t take responsibility for damage to your property while it’s in their possession . THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST TOWING FEES I’ve EVER SEEN FOR LESS THAN 12

I believe in being nice to everyone especially when they are doing something for you like towing your wrecked car but the front office made that extremely difficult. My friend planned on selling her totaled car but had trouble getting the title and could not move her car from the tow lot for a week. She ended up paying $748 plus $20 tax to get her car back so she could sell it.

Extremely hard to work with, accept very few forms of payment, workers are rude, no way to know who towed your car. They charged me 450 dollars for hacking my car less than a day. This company makes a living off of scamming college students, do not use their services
