Excel Truck Group - Columbia

I was sent to this dealer by my company for repair to my Cascadia. Upon arrival myself and my team driver were promptly greeted by the service writer. After he completed his work we were asked to drop our trailer on the designated trailer lot and park the truck. We were advised of the driver lounge upstairs. Now, I have been in a few less than desirable “driver’s lounge’s” but this place totally blew my mind. Huge room with large screen televisions, power recliners, fresh Keurig coffee, and free WiFi. Just through the next door, I found a well stocked laundry room with three machines, with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Two large private bathrooms that were very clean could be found directly across the hallway from the laundry room. When it was learned that they would be unable to fix the

Excel was fantastic to deal with. When my Sorinter Van broke down 1100 miles from home they got me in quickly and Kit really made me feel like a long lost friend. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Billy the mechanic went the extra yard and made me feel like he treated my truck as if to was his own

They was efficient on diagnosing what my issue was got me in in a timely manner, told me what's needed to be done. Got it done My truck was done in about 3 hours because it had to do a Regen. So we can know all the codes was inactive. But they can work on the pricing, though it took almost 3 hours of diagnostic,fix the issue, running a region, and hooking the computer shouldn't cost over five hundred dollars. Overall kit did what needed to be done, he was such a great help informing and keeping me updated with what was going on.. That's why, if I ever have an issue with my truck?In this area they're the first people I'll come to.
