Excellence is correct!! My alternator went out!! I called Patrick at Excellence Solutions in West End NC. I took my car there the next day and he had it fixed before 5 o'clock!! I was pleased. Patrick was very nice and didn't charge me an arm and leg for quality parts and quality work.

If you are having issues with your car and need it looked at or a repair, this should be your first stop. The quote that we were given for a repair was HUNDREDS of dollars less than anybody in the area. Our car was tested before doing the repair (for FREE) and it was determined that it in fact was not the alternator and it was the ECU. Any other mechanic would have went ahead and did the repair we asked for, but Excellence went out of their way to make sure we weren't overspending on a car that was no longer worth it. Excellence Automotive truly lives up to it's name!!

Patrick was able to beat the price quoted by our Lexus dealership, and have the part installed less than a week later! Quick, efficient, and honest work. Highly recommend!

I just wish I could give it 10 STARS. Patrick did the collision repair work on my wife’s 2018 Mustang Convertible. We couldnt be more happy with the work. This car never looked as beautiful new as it does now. Black is the toughest paint and body to get perfect. Patrick aced it. I posted before and after - judge for yourself. He’s the only guy I’d want doing my work.
