Excellent Auto Repair, LLC

I called and I didn't know if my daughters car needed brakes and a alignment, so when she arrived they called me to verify if they should check both before they started. I appreciated that. They were also very nice and the price for the job was much reasonable then other auto shops in the area. I will have my daughter go there for her car service needs.

The mechanic is not responsible enough to take the phone. He fix my Kia soul but remain the same problems…….

DO NOT…..I REPEAT DO NOT go to this auto shop. I got a couple services done when the previous manager was there not to long ago. Awesome service good customer service and most of all excellent results. However looks like some new manager start working there name Darius. I promise yall do not let him deal with you if that’s the case just pay your money and take it to the dealership or else. He lies, not honest and stealing your money with the issue not being resolve. I promise them I will give a nasty review after my results n my visit today. Problem was my oil was leaking and causing my car to smell burnt. Sometimes the fumes comes up too. That was my chief complaint. I called the shop up and ask to speak to the previous manager I used to deal with. Darius then stated that he no longer he

called and asked if they work on Mazda, guy said they dont do auto repair here.

All I needed was my brakes and rotors put on as I already had the parts. The chain stores were going to charge me $520 for labor only. They did it for a fraction of the price. I’m definitely coming here for now on.
