I had a great experience with this service !!! From the moment I called their dispatcher was courteous, clear and quick to send help! The driver arrived within 20 minutes and handled everything with care and was so professional and friendly. They made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly Recommend!

Was stranded on a Saturday night i swerved 2 miss a dear got stuck in a ditch. Called excelsior towing he was there in 10 minutes and pulled me out of the ditch with no damage. He reassured me that my car was completely safe 2 drive home. I Give him 2 thumbs up for response time and how professional he was. He saved my car from any more damage that I had caused and made it home safe.

I'm so grateful for Excelsior towing who came to my rescue when I broke down on the side of the highway late at night on a very rainy evening. I was waiting and waiting for another company that picked up the job but never dispatched and didn't answer their phone. Excelsior answered and was to my rescue within 20 minutes. They were very professional and reliable. I used them a few times already. I would recommend. It’s never a great situation when you need to get a tow truck but at least now I know I can trust and depend on Excelsior Towing whenever I run into an issue.
