I ordered 2 headlamps for roughly $2,000 through parts trader on 11/17/25, I even received a confirmation email from parts trader saying the order went through. They have not arrived, I cannot get a hold of anyone regarding tracking info through email or phone. Please respond to this with an email or contact info so I can resolve this issue.

Ordered and paid for a $1000 headlamp and 9 days later have not received it. They do npt answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. Total SCAM

I am from a Body shop here in Vegas Nevada, have so far bought 2 headlights from them for 2 different jobs, the lights were shipped and arrived within a week and is well packed. also, they have amazing and friendly customer service. I will definitely be using them for our shop's future jobs and glad to add them to my regular go-to store for refurbished head light. Thanks for all your help.

This has to be the best of service we’ve seen in a long time!! We don't don’t play when it comes to fixing these vehicles! And these guys are no nonsense! We really appreciate that!! Great work fellas!! Definitely doing business again soon!!

I've been trying to get a quote on some parts for some time now, and have not had any luck getting through to anyone. Not even through email.
