I was looking for a mechanic for my mother’s recently purchase Lexus SUV and stopped by the shop on a whim (shop is in a nice residential neighborhood but easy to miss so call for the best directions). Andrew came out and talked to me at length about his experience, my mother’s new vehicle and gave me some great tips about the model -I felt I should get the SUV looked over as a post-inspection before the purchase warranty expired. Andrew runs exclusive automobile and is such an honest, down earth and knowledgeable guy. I have owned my Volkswagen for over six years and I’ve never felt good about taking my car in for servicing. Andrew did an Amazing job at fixing my car. Good communication and he educates/shows you exactly what’s wrong with your car. He doesn’t try to sell you things you DONT need! He’s gained another Loyal client! I do recommend him!

Andrew is a talented mechanic that is very detailed. He is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. The only constructive criticism I have is that since he is a small business owner doing the repairs himself, you will need to have patience with how long you have to leave your car with him. Other than that, I was very pleased with his service and will go back to him in the future for our BMW used car repairs.
