Where do I begin?! Exclusive Repair is my new go too. Period. My experience was the exact opposite of a normal auto repair shop! (Thank God) My Honda CRV had a power-steering issue. I took it in a shop before Exclusive and they said they couldn't fix it... Went here because I will avoid the Honda dealership at all costs. Within a day I had my car diagnosed. A full transparent invoice of what parts and labor were. Which everything was very reasonable and fair. Not a rip-off I responded with the things I wanted fixed and turned down other services. No issue at all they respected that and moved forward. Gave me a rental car while they worked. They needed to order a part for my power-steering so I picked up my car planning to come back when the part came in. And the strangest thing happened.

Hands down best place for all things Honda and Acura. Fairly priced, thorough work, and honest opinions. As long as I drive a Honda, I’ll be trusting Exclusive with its care and maintenance! The new location is much more convenient for me, I hope it gets the business it deserves!

Same great staff. Same great service. JUST A SUPER UPGRADED workspace and building! Couldn't be more happier with the new location.

Very happy. They were able to fit me in quickly for AC repair & general check. Also did an oil change. I was in and out before I knew it. Good work, thorough & at a cost that didn't require a 2nd mortgage. They are definitely in my contacts now.

Won’t buy any other car but a Honda because of this place. And now they’re in West O! Excellent customer service, honest & fair and very professional. We’re a family of Hondas because of these guys!
