I thought I was purchasing authentic Fuel rims. They offered a mobile installation and installed the wheels at my location. After installation I discovered the rims have no Fuel branding and appear to be replicas. They even installed a Black Rhino center cap. I asked for a receipt several times and never received one. After they were paid they stopped responding. My truck now shakes after the installation, which suggests the tires were not balanced properly. Very disappointing experience

I had a very frustrating experience with Ai Net Exclusive Brands for an aftermarket radio installation in my truck. Before making an appointment, I specifically asked if they could professionally install the radio and integrate it with my steering wheel controls. They assured me they could. I was quoted $150 for the job and scheduled an appointment for a weekday at 2 PM. I arrived early at 1:45 PM and ended up waiting until 2:30 PM for the installer to show up. When he finally arrived, he didn’t look professional at all and mentioned the job would take about an hour. However, it ended up taking 3 and a half hours. I bought a screen for my truck, I had a good experience, the installer didn't take too long to install it, it was a good price, I liked how it turned out, it helps me watch YouTube for my children, I would definitely recommend it
