I had a wonderful experience at Exclusively Imports. My car was due for 60,000-mile maintenance, and the team at EI was able to get the transmission, differential fluid, and coolant done same-day and at a very reasonable price. Andrew was helpful and communicative during the process and was honest about the labor times associated with the work after overshooting the quote a bit. The car is running great and they even topped up my tire pressure! Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks!

I don’t usually do reviews but let me tell you. Exclusively imports inc has the best mechanics ever. Richard and the team went above and beyond fixing my BMW 640i grand coupe M sport. They diagnosed what was wrong with my car didn’t try to upsell me. Also let me know what needs to be fixed on the car in the future. They have great prices and don’t overcharge like other shops that I have called in the area. I highly recommend them for your import needs. Thank you Sergio for texting me and asking how everything is with my car. I will be coming back for my oil changes, tune ups and anything else my car needs. EXCLUSIVELY AWFUL shop and highly unlikely to recommend. They knew my circumstances when it came to repairing my vehicle. I let them know that I had already spent so much money to prior shops and on a budget. They decided to mark up my repairs so I couldn’t afford it. I was forced to give up the vehicle to the bank. The bank had 2 years to pick it up and never did, so the DMV ended up giving me the title. Since the circumstances have changed , I reached out to them so I can get my car back. Now this shop is trying to charge $250 a day for storage fees. They also had all the time to get a lien on the vehicle. They never reached out to warn me or tell me that the bank never came for the vehicle. I tried negotiating with them and offered more than the repair bill and they still denied the off
