Exhaust Pro Tire & Lube

The people I dealt with were nice, but my vehicle continues to have problems. Since December I have been taking my car in three times. The first to get a thermostat installed, then there was an issue with the radiator that resulted in a replacement, the the cooling system had to be replaced. Now my car is overheating and stalling to a stop again. Not sure why all those problems weren't diagnosed when I started with them back in December? Maybe they just take advantage of people not knowing about auto repair and try to get as much out of them as possible. My last repair was around $3,000 thankfully insurance was able to help cover it. I will be looking for another shop to get the issue actually repaired instead of just patched .

charged me $130 go incorrectly diagnose my car within only 30 mins. told me my head gasket was blown and i needed a new motor at a quote of $12k... when in reality i just needed a new fuse box to make my fan work properly and needed to replace my coolant reservoir cap… LOL

These guys were a lifesver today, fixing my brakes on very short notice. Great price and considerate service.

I had a great experience at Exhaust Pro Tire & Lube in McComb! I called ahead to get a quote and confirm their exact location since the Google pin was off at the time—but that’s now been corrected, which is great to see. The price quoted over the phone was close to what I paid. The small difference was due to my tire size being in the oversized spectrum, which wasn’t discussed ahead of time. Still, $115 for a synthetic oil change for a V8 and tire rotation felt like a fair and reasonable price. The only hiccup was when they moved my vehicle from the lot to the service bay—the individual didn’t realize the parking brake was on, and I hadn’t mentioned it. He started backing up with it engaged for about 10 feet before I caught it. As soon as I let him know, he apologized immediately. Honest

Car broke down on I 55 in McComb. Had it towed to Exhaust pro to have it checked out. They got it in the shop almost immediately and had some answers for me quickly. Kept me informed step by step during this process. Highly recommend this shop to everyone.
