Exhaust Works on Broadway

Ugh I hate leaving bad reviews. I'll try to keep this short, pictures (at bottom) worth a thousand words and all. Was quoted $350 over the phone for a catalytic converter shield for my Prius, was charged $400 without explanation or detailed invoice despite several requests. Offers no theft deterrence of any sort due to shiny bolts without any washers/thread-lock that are removed in seconds with crescent wrench. Welds are a mess. When I expressed my concerns I was told, "welds could be tidier, but structurally fine" which due to its distance off the undercarriage and the Prius's low clearance, I disagree. The technician I had, Steve, was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable compared to other places I called for quotes before taking my Mustang to Steve. He took his time to make sure everything was buttoned up nicely, and didn't make a big deal over the customization needed to finish installing my exhaust system. Overall, great experience and business, I would recommend others to him and definitely go back if need arise.

Was an ok experience no real complaints they did as requested and would tell anyone to go there for exhaust works just don’t touch your car while the works being done

Very rude to customers. Not friendly at all. Because of him patronizing me the entire conversation they lost a customer and a lot of customers that I would refer. If you want a cheap job come here. If you would like to be disrespected, come here. I’m so glad I read all of the reviews before I brought my car into the shop.
