Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I first spotted the 2017 Mustang on the website and immediately fell in love. I contacted Jim, and setup a test drive. As I talked to Jim, he felt like an old friend I was catching up with and was super pleasant to talk to. I test drove the car, no issues there, and then let him know I'd be in touch. As I figured my stuff out over the next MONTH, Jim held the vehicle for me and kept in great contact all the way through. Just picked up the car today and I am so happy with it! Best customer service ever! Jim is passionate about cars and he is passionate about customer service! Jim offered to meet my bus from Boston and pick me up at Salem, NH, which is just a few miles from his showroom. Jim is very knowledgeable about cars and very honest and transparent in his business dealings. After agreeing on a price, Jim drove me to the insurance company to obtain plates and registration, then to a station to obtain my MA inspection sticker. And on top of that – the car came with a FULL tank of gas! I have never had such a smooth car-buying experience! I found Jim to be a man of integrity and an honest businessman, willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy! I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Jim!

Purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year and at the time the car was so mint it still had some of the new car smell! Never any issues with it and it's still running great.
