The staff was helpful and check-in simple. They helped with toll road charges and other directions making our trip simple. The car was clean and met all of our needs. We had a great trip and give all those who helped 5 stars. Thanks!

Picking up the car from this location was a smooth and easy process, the on site team were kind. The car I was given for my rental was also great. My experience trying to modify my reservation return, however, was extremely negative. I could not get in contact with the O’Hare location directly, and every customer service representative I spoke with was vague with their assistance and told me that it was unlikely I would ever hear back from someone at the location even if they escalated my inquiry. I have had positive experiences with enterprise in the past, but unfortunately don’t think I will look to use their services again after this, especially at O’Hare.

I had checked in via app/online. Easy pickup process once at the location. Free upgrade to a full size vehicle (Malibu), the car itself wasn't cleaned well, looked like previous renter took it on a dirt road. No issues for the 1400 plus mile trip I used it for.

I can't overstate how poor the customer service is (or this location may not exist?!?). We had a confirmed reservation that involved delivery of the car to us, and when we called multiple times in the days leading up to our reservation we only got a voicemail saying the mailbox was full. When our confirmed delivery time came and went we tried calling and got the same full mailbox every time. We spent hours on the phone with Enterprise's general customer service line, while rep after rep unsuccessfully tried to reach this location. One even told us this location "does not have a phone" which is insane. Call after call resulted in 1) the call being dropped around the 30 minute mark, or 2) a promise to reach this location and contact us (we never heard from anyone). We eventually arranged to

They didn’t have the vehicle that we reserved / rented (Nissan Rogue) and instead gave us a 8+ year old Nissan Versa that smelled like wet dog. Extremely nasty and dirty vehicle with over 60,000 miles on it. Very nasty, wouldn’t recommend.
