We rented a BMW X7 from the exotics office - the staff were friendly and helpful and the car was in great condition. I’d definitely use them again.

I booked a reservation for a Lamborghini SUV. When I arrived with my brother we were told they did not have the car we booked or something comparable. I asked to see what was available and wanted to discuss unlimited mileage for the inconvenience. The representative Joel became irate that we asked for unlimited mileage for the huge inconvenience. He began to speak to us in a very unprofessional manner, raising his voice at us and belittling us in front of other customers. They advertised a Lamborghini truck and that is what we booked and was promised. Instead of apologizing for their mistake and trying to make things right, we were treated like with absolutely no respect and no customer service.
