I had a great experience with Exotic Detail working on my BMW. Cory took the time to answer all of my questions and was never impatient. He was responsive with phone calls and texts often responding the same day or the next. When I dropped the car off Eric explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. There was not a single hiccup in the whole process. The car was flawless when I picked up.
