Within days of purchase, I had to pay $420 out of pocket for repairs related to pre‑existing damage that was not disclosed at the time of sale. The passenger‑side headlight housing was bent and required replacement, and the fog light wiring harness had been cut, requiring electrical repair and new parts. Unfortunately they were not able to help me, but they did not charge me for the assessment which I really appreciated. Great customer service!

Despite being allowed to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection at Firestone, I discovered afterward that the vehicle has a significant engine overheating issue. Purchased a 2009 Honda CRV this location. Communication was good and they were very clear on condition. Had to drive 4 hrs to pickup the car. On the way, the seller stated the Gas door was broken. It was in place but would need to be replaced. Once got on site, the car checked out. Found cracked windshield but it was very low and the seller apologized for missing this and took price down to cover replacement of windshield. All good. So on the fuel door, the seller states they will get one, and send to me. Agree and we close the transaction. Now weeks go by, and I check on the fuel door and get excuses. 4 weeks go by and I text the owner is he sending this or not, as need to replace.
