EXP Performance and Exhaust

Previously had an LS swap done to my car, took it to them for a better motor/trans swap. They updated my fuel system also. Here’s my review. Customer Service: The time is extremely friendly. Good customer service and suggestions. Timely Service: At the beginning they were A1. Got pushed to the back of the line when they were correcting an error, not good. Had a conversation with them about it, they finished the job shortly after. Quality: Decent quality. My motor is in and it looks good. Had a fuel leak… made direct contact but never received a response so I fixed it myself. Prior to that, they identified other issues actually fixed issues that weren’t there’s. Overall EXP has a good team however, a jobs not done until it’s 100% complete.

Took my c5 there to get a clutch and they didnt shim the slave correctly. Took the car back to them because I was having issues getting in reverse. Was dismissed stating no issues. Well a few months later the clutch was wrecked took my car to a different shop. Wouldnt let these guys touch my car ever again.

The guys in there were straight up with their pricing and backed it up with great work! Highly-qualified and got right to work. they neglected to connect my daughters radiator hose, we got a few miles down the road before the engine was done, it took them 3 months of me calling every week for them to zip tie and shove a junk yard engine in its place. the pictures are of what they called a replacement engine for what the mechanic did, they told me that the mechanic who as USAA describes it as negligent maintenance they told me that they fired him. later they told me that the parts missing he couldn't find it and larry and the owner Guillermo aka memo, only had been thinking about firing the mechanics. negligent maintenance, dishonest, wont do whats right. also of note they have multiple positive reviews in the last week... all by the staff and family member to hide the negative ones.
