Expertec is very professional. From the front desk to the service managers to the technicians/mechanics. I felt very comfortable having them work on my 1967 Firebird that I’ve had for 52 years. They are the only shop I trust with my car going forward as I had unfortunate experiences was previous mechanics. And another thing I like about them is that if they can’t do something, they say it. Absolutely amazing customer service! We came in last minute. It was soon after the cut off time, but late nonetheless. Originally, we were met with someone who was having a bad day (as we all have sometimes). But the other employees didn't miss a beat! One addressed her attitude almost immediately and appologized on her co-worker 's behalf. She was super personable and friendly. When we were paying, a gentleman came to the office and apologized on her behalf as well. Then they proceeded to give us a discount on top of that. I was so flabbergasted by their customer service that I was practically speechless. I'll definitely be taking my car here for smog, repairs, any automotive servicing. Plus, the attentive woman at the front desk was a great conversationalist and made the time fly by-even

Expertec took care of me from the moment I walked in their doors. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel like a valued customer and not like a number. I went in for my alignment on my truck. I have a lift on my truck so the standard alignment check would not work. They worked on it for a while and relized it would be a bigger job than we previously thought. Dan from the service department called me and laid out my options. He was very thurough on the explanation of why my truck was a special case. Dan even gave me an option to shop around for a possible better price somewhere else, like an off road place that has special equipment for this repair. He assured me, if I did take it somewhere else, he wouldn't charge me anything, even though they had been workin

This place is so convenient, everyone that works there is nice and super honest. The shuttle is one of the main reasons I chose them, and because they are local to HB. Took my car in twice now for an oil change and the check engine light on. My Chevy barely has 50,000 miles on it and they have found repairs that need to be done under Chevy's warranty. They didn't have to tell me this, but they did and they took my car to Chevy for me. The repair was completely covered. I walked out only having to pay for my oil change. My car needed a brand new catalytic convertor. Shop saved me thousands of dollars so far. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. ExperTec completed diagnostics to determine a component failure instead of replacing the entire rear air suspension system on my vehicle. This is what the dealer would have done, costing more than double the ExperTec repair. And a discounted car rental to boot!! Thank you.
