I scheduled two separate appointments online to view a motorhome with Explore Nation RV. Both appointments were confirmed by text and email and scheduled during their stated business hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5). Unfortunately, the owner was a no-show both times. I waited and attempted to follow up but received no communication. I wasted over three hours driving for these appointments. As a buyer, I was ready and willing to view and potentially purchase a motorhome. Sellers consigning their RVs should be aware that interested buyers may not actually be shown the inventory. Very unprofessional experience.

We recently purchased a 2024 overland trailer from them. The high-quality trailer was exactly as described. The sales staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. The communication was excellent. I would definitely buy from them again!
