Beyond happy with my experience at express auto body collision repair. By far the best priced option after countless hours of calling around and researching. Went above and beyond with service and repair and I couldn’t be any happier. Attention to detail and expertise are on another level here. Staff were very friendly and professional. Can tell they have been doing this for a very long time and they put a ton of care and time in! Much deserved business, an auto body gem in Federal Way, can’t recommend enough!

So very happy with our experience with Express Auto Body. Our 2011 Cruz was in an accident and we did not have collision insurance. Brought it here and Vilen the manager and son of the owner looked at it and said he would work up a quote. When he sent the quote he said he tried to find the best price on the parts and his dad said to give us a 15% discount! They took the car and made it look like new in just 2 days and when I picked ii up the final price was $500 less than the quote. We are very pleased with the work done on our car at Express Auto Body. Vilen is not only a professional with cars but has special people skills and strives to make you happy. We give a big 5 Stars to Express Auto Body and would give 6 if it was available!

So express auto collision I would give them 10 stars if I was able to . Due to the fact, we called them up explain to them that we were in a auto accident and we needed an estimate of what the repairs were gonna cost just For our peace of mind and so we could pass it on to our Attorney. He got the ball rolling right away worked with us. He gave us a car to borrow until they were able to figure out the estimation of the cost which the car was completely totaled. Then he let us keep the car a little extra until we were able to get into our own vehicle. He also worked with us about storing the vehicle with the vehicle cost for the storage whether inside or out. He tries everything he can to make sure the client doesn’t have to pay the fees.. He let us keep the rental while the adjuster was

Excellent communication throughout the whole process better than my insurance company I can say! Kept us updated on everything. He even ordered our car parts almost a month before getting our car into his shop so we wouldn’t be out of a vehicle longer than needed. This family owned shop is very friendly, kind and well spoken manner answered all our concerns and matched our needs. Through my insurance Partners I would had to wait till almost March. Express Auto Body and Paint Collision got us in Mid January and had us in & out faster then expected The body work speaks for it self. I was truly amazed upon picking up our car. I highly recommend Express Auto Body and Paint Collision for all your detail/collision needs.
