Express Auto of Kalamazoo

Absolutely terrible service. Oil cooler was cracked when we bought it. they would not cover the deductible even though bringing it to their attention within 30 days of buying it. The lady at the service desk is rude and very unprofessional. Continuously telling me one thing then doing the complete opposite. Ive been waiting for 3 days now for them to tow away my vehicle for them to fix what they broke the first time trying to fix it. They sold me a pos while knowing it was a pos. Whatever you do, do NOT go to express auto!!! You will immediately regret ever doing business with these people. Hands down do NOT recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere. I sure wish i did.

Don't buy a vehicle here.. I bought my suv in April I've taken it too bc auto where they told me bc it's closer their shitty as well. Get my truck back on a Saturday then come Monday I had too call express again n had too just drop my truck off too then yesterday. Smh it's been close too 11 times since April 3rd 2025 when I got my truck that it's had go their shops. Don't honor much in warranty but want you deposit n payment. Let's see if I get a good call they'll fix my truck rt.. after I just paid the 250 for deposit on deductible when it went too bc auto. Just get a call half the stuff didn't get fixed just last week.. im oved this place n the truck. Only reason I still deal with the is bc the loan. I will not recommend nobody too them n I will b trying get outtathis loan n go somewhe

DONT BUY FIRST TIME BUYER!!!Great customers service until you drive the car off the lot. Not to mention the car I was sold wasn’t serviced or worked on, nor detailed in the inside of the car. Was told $100 would be taking off the payment but it didn’t happen when the bill came. They don’t offer a tow service once your vehicle isn’t drivable with the 7 day warranty, they mechanics don’t fix anything they tell you they’re going to call you they don’t. They told me my car was being looked at and worked on but it was still in the parking lot. Not getting worked on or looked at. My sister brought her car up there as well for the same issues (OVERHEATING) and 3 days into the drop off my car hasn’t been looked at or touched and my sisters cars getting looked at and taken care off right after the
