I had an amazing experience with Express Auto Repair today! They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and completed all the repairs promptly. The staff, especially Byler, is very communicative, friendly, and extremely professional. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and they had my car back on the road in no time! So grateful to him and the amazing team there. If you need efficient service with great customer care, this is the place to go!

I needed new front brakes and rotors. They got me in the next morning and had everything finished by early afternoon at a price much more reasonable than the dealer. The service manager was very friendly and helpful. I also mentioned a possible oil leak, and they added leak-detecting dye at no charge to confirm whether there’s actually a leak. Great staff, transparent service, and quality work. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s about time! My radiator was steaming and they found the crack we were able to replace it. Also, they discovered some of my heater hoses were drying out through their inspection. Had those replaced to avoid future problems. Service was fast, communication was excellent, and I felt like they actually *listened to me* ! (instead of what most auto repair shops do, knowing immediately what’s wrong with the car on my first description without inspection) Been in the 719 for 35 years. Went to many shops. This one is exceptional.

​I cannot recommend this place enough! I came in to have my car looked at, and the Service Manager, Byler, was absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. ​I had a suspicion about a specific part that was failing, and Byler confirmed my diagnosis after a thorough inspection. Even though he honestly informed me that he unfortunately couldn't source those specific parts at the moment (which I totally understood, as I’ve had a hard time finding parts for this car myself), he went above and beyond by waiving the diagnostic fee. ​It is so rare to find an auto shop this honest and transparent. Instead of trying to sell me on something else or charging me for bad news, they treated me with respect and kindness. This is a business built on integrity.
