Express Auto Spa - Toms River

Just brought both cars after a long winter and you feel like you have a new car. Got an oil change too. Fantastic and friendly staff and I look forward to coming back again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Longtime Customer Let Down I visited this location today for an oil change and car wash. My family and I have been loyal customers here since 2007, even through ownership changes. After the oil change, I was told the car wash was down and to return later. I attempted to call and text the business several times to check if the wash was back up, but could not get anyone. I returned a few hours later, and while my vehicle was going through the wash, it stopped again.. While observing from the window, I saw an employee applying blue tape to the tailgate trim of my Ford F-350—without any explanation while looking at me grinning. When I spoke with the staff and manager, I was met with unprofessional behavior: smirking, giggling, and dismissive attitudes. T

Having the membership is a huge advantage, as I've been getting my car cleaned inside and out almost every day for practically less than $5/day. Not to mention the exceptional service and attention the staff provides every time. Supervisor Nabor especially went above and beyond, got on his knees and made sure that my coffee stain on the passanger side was completely scrubbed off. Nabor, muchas gracias por su atención.

Great Service, I loved the special attention on my wheels. Toms River has been the best location I have been to. My next visit will be this location again. I frequent Express Auto Spa since I drive 6,000+ miles a month. Many oil changes with synthetic oil are a must. They guys do a good job checking over my 2010 car with over 240,000 miles.

This place is great. Usually go to the Lakewood location on my drive to work but occasionally come here for the included vacuum and interior wash with my membership (Lakewood just has the automatic and a quick exterior wipe down). They’re friendly, helpful, and efficient.
