Second time I've come through the manual wash and not able to use any soap, just keeps spraying water. Conditioner gun and the foaming brush both were leaking up top so could barely get anything out of those. Have never gotten an answer or call back when calling the posted phone numbers and leaving a message. Since the business was so kind to respond, yes I did get a call back hours layer which was nice. However the previous calls from the last time I had issues went ignored despite me leaving voicemails. As for the leak, both those hoses in my photo leaked which was causing issues getting foam or conditioner to come out. The soap did not work at all, nor did the pre-soak bug remover. I even asked the person in the bay next to me if theirs worked and they said it did, but mine did not.

I pulled into this car wash and it started pulling me into the car wash after I paid the 16.00. Then all of a sudden it wasn’t pulling my car anymore and so I panicked. I managed to get out of there but not without damage to my car. I called the owner and she watched the video and said my back tire had slipped out of the track. She said the last person who got stuck in there had to pay for a tow truck to lift their car out of there!! At the car owners expense!! So not only am I out of the 16.00 car wash but now apparently I have to pay for the damage to my car! I’m so upset! The owner DID NOT offer me a free 16.00 wash at all! She gave me the number to a paint and body guy because she felt bad. Even if I was offered a free wash I wouldn’t use it. This use to be my favorite car wash. So s

Lousy wash job (auto wash). Could have done better with only a garden hose and saved $14. Don’t waste your money.

Automatic wash started without my car. Wasn't on the track enough and tried to get adjusted, but it started without me. Been to others that won't start and give directions if you need to back up and reset, looking at the mirror I was on. It's got a weird drive in because it has a curve to pull on instead of straight in. Called and left message about losing $8. Got a text message about crediting me. Told them how to give me credit but have yet to receive it. As of today that was 10 days ago.

Love the easy access of this place. Whether I need just a quick wash or detailed power wash, this is my go-to spot. Always get the bundle washes and just ease of punching in code to minimize the wait.
