I tell all my friends to go here!! Right across from my college and we just love these guys. I love that they check fluids without charging! And Connie explained everything to me in ways I can easily understand as a girly with ZERO car knowledge. She even talked to my dad who was very happy with how they treated me. So easy to be scammed as a young woman but we LOVE this place!
I had an amazing experience thanks to Dakota and the entire team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Dakota went above and beyond — he walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car got exactly where it needed to be without any stress on my end. You can tell this shop works as a true team because everyone pitched in and treated us with kindness and patience. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and I’m incredibly grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend — they truly go the extra mile!
I had an amazing experience at Express Oil Change. I was there for my Emissions Test. Connie assisted me, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful! She must have seen that my license plate tag was expired because she mentioned to me that the Kroger down the street had a machine that prints tags on the spot. Connie telling me this was a lifesaver as I was really stressed out about my expired tag. She is such a thoughtful and kind person! I would definitely recommend this shop!
