i came here panicked because i am on a 16 hour drive to florida and decided to change my wiper blades because there is some expected rain. my windshield wiper didnt want to move after changing them. i figured it was something simple like the blade wasn’t clipped all the way or a loose bolt. i tried going to firestone to see if they could take a quick peak but advised it would be a 4 hour wait??? i understand things get busy but i simply just wanted someone to take a peak to see if it was a simple fix or needed more attention. panicked i went across the steet to express oil change not knowing if this is something they can even do for me and they did not even hesitate to check things out. everyone was very kind but Rob specifically was eager to help and showed genuine care on helping me. tur

They walk you through everything they’re doing, never try to upsell you on anything unnecessary, and make sure you leave with your vehicle running at its best.
