I had an amazing experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Dre provided outstanding customer service and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate me about what my car actually needed and what it didn’t, which I really appreciated. At no point did he make me feel pressured or like I had to spend unnecessary money. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, it meant a lot to have someone I could trust to explain things clearly and honestly. Dre made sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable with the service being done. Stephen and Alvin were also great. Great management and crew! I popped in for an oil change Saturday near closing time and without missing a beat, they waved me right in and gave me the full service treatment. I haven’t had my used car long, but they gave it the full once over and provided valuable info on my vehicle. I followed up on their advice, and came back Tuesday morning for 4 new tires. I arrived as they opened on a frigid morning, was greeted quickly by the friendly Service Manager, Mickey, who showed me to the comfortable waiting room, with coffee, water, and the remote control for the TV. Pat (the tire guy) was friendly and efficient! He put the 4 new tires on and checked the alignment in under 90 minutes. I'm SUPER picky about the people I’ll let work on my cars for many reasons. In my youth, most of my friends had a full garage in their garages, for starters. Also, my van is 26-years-old; she is my baby! We've been across the country multiple times together. I've often said, some people have children, I’ve had cars. So when I decided to get an oil change while visiting my family in Augusta, I asked my sister who she used. I am so happy I listened to her! On my way to them, my check engine light started blinking, NOT a good thing. I'd also noticed she didn't have her usual pick up when hitting the gas. I shared the experience when I arrived as well as my original purpose for the visit. They asked all the right questions regarding my wants: an oil change and transmission fluid replacement.
