Have went here for years for oil and fuel filter changes. About 6 months ago I noticed a spot in my drive the morning after an oil change. Took truck immediately back up there to find they didn’t tighten the drain plug. Two oil changes later I again I saw a spot under my truck. When I looked to see what might be the issue I found oil all over the truck where they drained it and didn’t even bother to wipe it off. Now I have two spots in my driveway from this place. Glad to see new places opening up around Foley. This will be my last time I do business with Express Oil Change.

They changed the oil in our new Dodge RAM pickup truck and left the old oil filter gasget/O-ring in and placed the new one on top of it. A few days later it caused a massive oil leak or rather an oil gusher.... left my husband stranded. I had to take time off work to go get him and left us down to one vehicle for a time. Lost time off work and a lot of $$$ later. The guys that changed the oil were joking and kidding around instead of paying attention to what they were doing obviously and caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and money for us. We took our truck to the dealership where they fixed it and got us back on the road. Robbie took care of me today. He was awesome! Very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained things and told me what I need to have done based on mileage and age of vehicle. He was GREAT! I use this location regularly in Foley and will continue because they always take excellent care of me and provide the BEST service in a timely manor. Today was just my oil change but I’ve used numerous services they offer and have always been pleased. I highly recommend them.

Needed brakes and rotors on my 2014 Town & Country van. Paid sweat tire in Foley $80 to do an inspection and they quoted me $1100 for brakes rotors and calipers. Took it over to express oil in the same work was quoted at 800 and then when I picked it up they only charged me 440 because my calipers were fine. Technician said whoever tried to sell your calipers was trying to cheat you. This place is always done excellent work and every time I price compare they're cheaper for tires and other car repair. Even just oil changes the people are super friendly great staff always.
