I have to say your company goes above and beyond for people , I called to ask about a some tires as it was a Saturday and your employee Doug offered drive to hernando to assist me , he came and changed the 2 tires out all while going above and beyond without assistance as I’ve recently had surgery , he didnt hesitate to truly help one of your customers , he was genuinely nice courteous and I’ll never take my vehicle any place else with service like that . If I’m being honest I don’t normally leave reviews but when someone offers there services when someone actually needs them and then does such a great job installing them I felt like I had to let you know your company employees have been trained well and for me it was the service and small talk that let me know he was truly happy to be

The guys at Express Auto have been taking care of my oil changes since 2016. No matter my concerns regarding my vehicle they are always respectful and knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of my vehicle. I don’t go anywhere else for an oil change. I am comfortable there. I’ve never had a bad experience.

I can count on one hand how many times I’ve written a review, but Jordan was so amazing that I had to. He has great customer service skills. He went above and beyond, and he made me laugh while doing it. (Jordan this is no1uconnfan if you see this. Your service was perfect. Thanks). Everyone else was friendly and they worked together to get the job done. The guy that cleaned my window is always does a great job and is friendly. Unfortunately it’s hard to find good customer service these days, but they’re proof it’s still out there. Thanks guys. P.S. I’m super busy and never have time to write reviews, so it speaks to the great customer service I received.

Jordan and crew were very courteous , friendly with a welcoming spirit. Taken my need for an oil change serious , offering specials on windshield wipers which I did appreciate and needed. I have been using this location for some years and will continue coming back . Thank you!

I always end up going here for my oil changes. Quick, easy, and decently priced. They top off the fluids and let you know anything your car might be needing based on mileage etc. Jordan was cool, friendly, polite, and informative today.
