I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Jay. My car is fairly new with 15K miles on it. The first thing he tells me is they can't rotate the tires due to the low tire tread. A tactic to get me to buy new tires. After I stated I'll just go to another place to get the oil and tires rotated they agreed to do it. After doing the checks, I asked if they can put air in my tires as they were low. I saw him do one tire but then they asked me to go in lobby while they do the rotation. After I left I noticed only one side had air and the other side was ignored. I had to drive back to have them redo it as I was angry after paying for service I didn't receive.

Thomas and Jay helped me today and did a great job. Very informative and took good care of my car. I’ve been coming here since moving to Florida and have never been disappointed. I never hesitate to recommend this company.
