Chris was amazing! I came in on 03/03/2026 to get my oil changed and he had me in and out in no time. Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He informed me on everything I needed to have done but not in a pushy way. Very genuine and exceptional customer service I’ll be back.

I go here every time for an oil change. The workers here have always been nice and work quickly. From what I can tell they do great work! Price is reasonable even for a high mileage oil change. They give recommendations but are never pushy about getting extra work done. I appreciate that!

I came in for an oil change and asked that they check my tire pressure. After checking the pressure one of the employees severely over inflated my tires to more than 50 psi. Now it is less than a week later and I am having to replace one of my less-than- one-year-old tires because the sidewall has developed a knot the size of a golf ball. The manager refused to compensate and insists that it is dry rot (tires are one year old) or that I hit something. Neither of which is true. I am left with a tire too dangerous to drive on so I will be having it replaced at my own expense at Mavis Tire. At this same oil change, they over filled my crankcase and I had to return to let them do it over again as they could not determine how much oil was actually in my engine. Top notch service! Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. They alerted me to a problem going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was finished in about 20 minutes. My grandson's, less than 15. Check them out! Great, efficient work by an even greater staff!

I drove in and entered a short queue for an oil change. The tech, Devin, explained their process and gave me a list of additional items to consider. No pressure, just their recommendations for my consideration. Today, I opted for an oil change only. The oil change was complete and I was on my way within 15 minutes including a short wait before pulling onto the ramp. I will be back. It’s a little out of my way to drive to Robertsdale for an oil change, but I feel comfortable with the people I met there. This company, at other locations, has helped me with in the past with tire and wheel repairs. I have found them to be professional and knowledgeable.
