Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Went here for a "10 min oil change" turned into a 3-day nightmare. I don't write reviews, nor would I have written a review if I had received a refund. But the manager, Trey, has left a sour taste in my mouth with Express Oil Change, the way that he has handled this situation. Two weeks ago, I went there to get my oil changed. I do not live in Georgia; I live in North Carolina. I was set to go back to NC the next day. 3 hours into my drive im hearing this scratching noise coming from the bottom of my car. It was the skid plate that had not been clipped back in properly after my oil change. I had to pull over multiple times to try to pop it back in, but it kept falling out. I have a 2019 toyota corolla and came here yesterday to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was met with friendly and quick customer service by the manager craig who was the only employee I spoke to that day. After driving home however I noticed that I was missing a hubcap which is no big deal and thought I could go in the next day to get it replaced especially after getting $170 worth of service. I saw craig the next day but was treated completely different. All of the other employees were very nice and understanding. Craig however told me twice that my car was super old and that the hub caps were cracked and bound to fall off anyway. He never mentioned that they were cracked the day of my service. Austin did really good job. This is my first one there. I was really happy with service as I just stay in car for 15 mins and oil gets changed as opposed to waiting for 1 hr in other places. He was very polite and got things done fast. Happy customer!

Fast , efficient, and friendly!! I was out in less than an hour!! Came in for a tire mount and balance! Great prices and friendly guys. They didn’t try to pressure me for services i didn’t need like how other shops would. Thank you to Dakari, John, and Matt! Y’all are great!! Will definitely return !!

Im a dealer and WAS their regular customer. All was fine. But on one car they did, my customer complained about oil dripping from underneath. She brought the car to another closest shop and it turned out that the oil filter was not tightened up enough at that oil change, so it was leaking oil. I came back to this place and asked for a refund. Because it was their mistake and i had to pay another 130$ for another oil change. But they refused to do so, telling the car should have been brought back to them. While the customer is 2 hours away and I didn’t know how much oil she already lost to make her drive that far. They just lost a regular customer, who brought them 5-7 cars each month. Hope it was worth for them as a business. And I don’t deal with companies with such customer service. Be a
