I needed a simple oil change, and after driving around, this was my fourth stop. I’m so glad it worked out this way! The service was excellent. I arrived around 3:00 p.m. and was the only customer there. They got me in and out quickly, even though my car’s filter broke when they tried to do the oil change. They set clear expectations and updated me on any changes, which I appreciated. I also agreed to pay for any parts needed due to the breakage. They were very transparent about the costs and explained everything, which I greatly valued. I had a great experience getting my oil change. Andrew is awesome! I don't really know anything about cars, and usually get all my oil changes and maintenance done at a dealership. Andrew made sure I was informed about the oil change and some other things. He also highlighted the things I needed to get done on my car in the future. The list was long but he helped me figure what was most important to get done soon. I will definitely be back.

The crew at this location always offers top notch customer service. I recently stopped by for an oil change with my son who’s a new driver. Kolton took his time explaining all steps to him carefully to ensure he felt comfortable. Service was fast and although I had to come back the next day for an air filter they didn’t have on hand, he called me as soon as the part came in as promised. They had it ready when I pulled up and 3 staff members worked on getting me back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you for being trustworthy & demonstrating an excellent level of service! I highly recommend this location to all my neighbors.

I’ve come here 3 times so far and the service is always top notch. They are fast but are thorough. I appreciate that they explain every process and don’t pressure you to spend money on so much more. They give suggestions on what Gould be taken care of but are not pushy. Marcus was my attendant and he was very professional and helpful. Super nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I’m building a home in San Antonio so I looked up the closest Express oil change, since I’m already in their system. I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked before heading back. Marcus and Randall were so friendly and kind! I was only there for a few minutes while they checked my air pressure, but in that few minutes they made me feel so incredibly welcome! They were so warm and kind, and full of laughs and jokes… they managed to create such a positive experience in that short visit that I had you give them a five star review! I’m looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Once my home is built!
