I absolutely loved my first visit there today! Imagine sitting comfortably in your own car while they service the vehicle including checkout. Checked everything out for me including my lights and turn signals and told me honestly all was ok and why they felt that way. I was truly impressed by Alex and William. Apparently Shane was there too but under the vehicle, but he was so quick changing my oil underneath that I didn’t even notice him! Fantastic customer service from start to finish!!! As a 20+ veteran business owner and customer service expert, my experience was TOP NOTCH!!! Thank you!!

Alex, Will, & AJ were complete rockstars! They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, & made sure all my concerns were addressed! Going to the mechanic is always stressful but they made my experience so enjoyable & relaxing. All for an amazing price point. Express Oil Change gets an 11/10 from me & will be seeing me again!
