James Brown, he was my oil technician. He has wonderful customer service. Upon pulling into bay I was greeted with a smile, I knew I would be leaving him a generous tip. It’s good to see someone with a bright smile, that enjoys understanding and helping customers! He was very thorough about which oil change I needed since I the mileage was very high on my car. Exceptional customer service!

The service was great. Friendly and fast. No complaints. The price that was charged for the service is heavily inflated. I expect to pay more when I go to these quick lube places, but charging for conventional oil AND synthetic oil for one oil change is roadside robbery. I accept full responsibility for accepting the charges, but this should have cost ~$80, not $107 pre-tax...Take a look at the receipt $27 for "oil 5 qt limit and fluids" PLUS $36 for "synthetic oil upgrade". Is this ok to double charge when 5 quarts of full synthetic costs $37 at most auto parts stores? At least do a better job at masking the blatant double charge, Express Oil. Glad this was in my work truck, and I will continue to change my own oil in my personal.

Kristopher and The staff was professional. I recommend anyone to go see them. No complaints here. Job well done. I've been to see them 3 times and they only get better on getting the job done . Very pleased with the whole crew.

Austin is a very professional technician that is thorough with explaining his findings and making sure you have the best experience with their services. He also printed out recommendations to keep my car running great. I have never been disappointed coming here.
