Best place by far for an oil change! Prices were very cheap and they also checked everything on my car and showed me how I had a break and tail light out! They fixed everything for me for a cheap and reasonable price! Service was fast and easy I got to sit in my car the whole time and also they have the most amazing customer service ❤️ definitely recommend and will be coming back!
I went to Express Oil because my brakes were squeaking. After the service, my tire almost came off while driving, which was extremely dangerous. I immediately returned and was told it was a separate issue with the tire, not related to the brake work. I paid $489 in total to have the problem “fixed.” Just days later, I am now at Firestone for the exact same issue. I am very disappointed. I came in for a simple brake concern and left with a serious safety risk and an expensive bill, yet the problem was never properly resolved. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I must say they are doing due diligence to rectify the situation.I appreciate that.
This location was phenomenal, great and super quick service. Got a flat tire on a roadtrip and this was the closest location and I’m glad we did because they were very quick and friendly. We are unsure of the techs name but on our receipt it shows tech and cashier as KP. She was very kind and before we even got to the door, met us outside in the parking lot and asked how she could help! Thank you for the quick and friendly service! Highly recommend this location.
Great location and service! I came in needing a new tire and Kayla took care of everything quickly. She was knowledgeable and efficient making the whole experience smooth. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone needing tire service.
Came in for two oil changes, one after the other and was greeted and taken care of by Lamar. Made the process quick and efficient and we laughed and joked the whole time making the experience enjoyable. Will definitely keep coming back every time for servicing of both vehicles.
