Express Smog

I think one of the most frustrating things to ever come across as a consumer is to come to a place of business that has posted hours to then find a handwritten note by someone saying that they have decided to close early. It’s extremely disingenuous and frustrating to deal with this place could provide excellent service, but will never know because they failed to show up to work today like the rest of us

Shows open on the website at 0730. I'm there at 0845. The guy opens the door has sign up, and I ask if he will let me know when he's ready. He said "yeah 9am" and continues to ignore me and walk into McDonald's. I could have waited for him..but no, I'll take the business elsewhere. So I drove a mile up the street. He seems miserable.

I’m here at 930a on a Saturday. Hours posted on window and Google are 830a-5. Nobody here. Waste of time.

This place is a little scammy…. I went for a smog the lady was nice enough, she said all she had to do was scan my vin and plug in her reader to my terminal which she did…. She continued a conversation with me advising me of the price in cash and that they except tips…. She told me it was $20, I gave $23…reciept says $19. She then proceeded to tell me I failed visual inspection…. That my terminal was lose and that’s illegal… so she did not run anything to confirm my emissions and still plugged her machine in… told me I could come back to retest after I made the adjustment for another $16.. she could clearly see from Jump that it was lose…. Just lame.

Super fast! Got it done in 10 minutes for a smog check.
