I had a very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for wheel balancing and rotation on all four tires, but they only worked on two. They even started mounting unbalanced front tires to the back without properly balancing them first. When I pointed this out, they began balancing, but didn’t check the air pressure or remove the existing weights—both of which are essential for proper balancing. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional. It also seemed like customers are treated differently based on appearance, which is not acceptable.

Great experience this morning! My tire was leaking, so I had them check it out. There was a nail in the tire, they inspected and plugged it in 15 minutes and also topped off air into the other 3 tires. Highly recommend! Thank you!
