Express Wash

This place not only did a horrible job of cleaning my truck in the “touchless” car wash. But the machine that sprays your vehicle down and puts soap on your vehicle hit my truck and took the paint off and left a dent. Do not recommend this place. There is also no way to contact the owner.

I have tried to give this place a chance multiple times & have been highly disappointed & dissatisfied each time! The self dog wash was a waste of time & money due to broken equipment & so was the self serve car wash & vacuum stations! I attempted to wash my car in 3 different bays & ended up having to drive 15 minutes down the road to another car wash to finish washing my vehicle. Repair the equipment & hire an employee who knows what they are doing or someone who at least some type of customer service/care experience because the gentleman who was collecting quarters from machines that I spoke with about the broken equipment offered me no help, never offered me my $ back after I showed him & deposited $16 for a wash that was broken, all he said to me was I don’t technically work here I’m

Put two dollars worth of quarters in before realizing minimal wash available was $4. No way to get money back but ok, We just decided to go ahead and use debit and get the minimal wash since we just needed to rinse lightly, mainly windshield. Rinsed for about 3 minutes, no soap, just water. Next day realize we were charged $20. Reached out to the number at the car wash and explain what happened. The response was that they checked the video and there was no malfunction along with a screenshot of the instructions, which we obviously were confused about. I explained that since they have video they could see we only used a very little amount of water and nothing else. Really really disappointed by the value of this car wash. 1. You have to spend a minimum of five dollars whether you were paying with a credit card or cash. 2. If you pay with a credit card, it gives you no indication of what the total bill is until you turn it off and discovered that your $5 car wash cost almost $10. 3. The $1 vacuum lasts about 90 seconds. After spending two dollars I still did not have my whole sedan vacuumed, and I’m pretty fast. 4. The “air dryer nozzle is a joke - took me 60 seconds to dry my hood. After spending $12 and doing all the work myself, I realized I would much rather spend an additional five dollars and get a much better value and a better clean at the automated car wash beside Rush’s.

Used the drive thru car wash chose the express option for $6, found out card was charged $10. Called the number and they said they were not responsible for refunds as each car wash is individually owned. The car wash itself wouldn’t have been worth even the $6 I was suppose to have been charged. It took less than a minute and didn’t even knock the dirt off the car.
