Express Wash on Vaughn

I went to this car wash three times. The third time, the car wash scratched my car up tremendously. Not only that, but when I spoke with the owner, they never got back to me. I can’t stand unprofessionalism — how are you mad at me when your car wash scratched my car..

The air blower and vacuum cleaner are powerful, making cleaning efficient. Particularly, the Matt cleaning sink ensures exceptional cleanliness. The bubble exterior washing leaves the car feeling remarkably fresh. I highly recommend using all the equipment at this place to make your car shine.

Great car wash. I came during a promotion and was impressed. Most brand new car washes are great so I hope they maintain the amenities over time. Joined the monthly wash club which is a must for the price. The vacuums are the strongest I have used at a car wash and the mat cleaners are great. They even have a bed washing station for trucks.

My 2023 Toyota Corolla was brought here for a simple car wash and then the front of my car was scratched. I informed the people at the car wash, and they pulled up the video of my car entering and exiting the car wash. It was clear as day that the scratch was not there and they agreed. I was told that I have to speak to a district manager. I did that and was told someone would reach out to me to assist with the repairs and I am now unable to contact them. They are in a convenient location, but stay away from this place

A get-in-get-out carwash. Can't get any better than that. It's been a while since I washed my car, and their diamond package removed majority of the tough stains. My only critique is that the wash failed to touch the front end of my car where my grill and lights were. Other than that, it was perfect, and my car came out really shiny. Vacuums, air pumps, glass cleaner, rags, and matt washers are provided. Will be going back!
